Shipping Information
Miss Birdsong's Sweet Tooth ships our products to all 50 states in the U.S. Because all orders are made fresh and in the order in which they are received (except special and bulk orders), to further ensure that your candy confections are as fresh as possible, we ship UPS for all of our deliveries. Our standard shipping is 2nd Day (2 business days).
Warm Weather Shipping
Not to worry! During the summer months, we ship our products in specially designed cartons and ice packs. For shipping in certain warm weather regions, we use these cartons and ice packs year round. To cover the cost of the additional packaging, a nominal charge of 15% is added to our regular shipping rates for all shipments between May 1 and October 31.
Shipping Delays
Although UPS is a very reliable shipping company; there are times when even they are unable to ship on-time. (EX. Extreme weather situations, national emergencies, etc.) Freshly prepared apples will be shipped as soon as proper delivery resumes.
UPS guaranteed delivery is not available in all areas. Please feel free to contact UPS for further information at www.ups.com.
Store Policies
It is our policy that satisfaction is ALWAYS guaranteed. However, there are exceptions in the event of damaged packages.
All damaged packages must be signed for as such, to guarantee a refund or replacement @ no extra charge to you. Please always try to choose a shipping address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery. UPS will use their discretion whether or not to leave a package at the door when no one is available to sign for it. We cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages due to incorrect addresses or packages that were not signed for and left outside.
