Timing is everything. Sometimes you wish it’d been sent yesterday. Other times, you’re months ahead of the game. Tell us when you want it to arrive; we’ll do our very best to get it there.
NOTE: Our arrival times are best estimates. We can't always guarantee FedEx or USPS delivery on an exact date. We do everything in our power to ensure it gets there when you want.

HOWEVER, IF WE HAVE ORDERS TO MAKE AHEAD OF YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSING DATE YOUR ORDER WILL GO OUT DURING OUR WEEKLY SCHEDULED SHIPPING DAY (WEDNESDAY). OTHERWISE YOU MUST SPECIFY THE DATE YOU NEED YOUR ORDER FROM US IN ADVANCE IF YOU NEED THEM TO ARRIVE ON A SPECIFIC DAY.

Warm Weather Shipping
We are not responsible for products when shipped during the hot summer months. But not to worry! For an additional charge we ship our products with dry ice. For shipping in certain warm weather regions, we use dry ice year round. To cover the cost of the additional packaging, a nominal charge of 15% is added to our regular shipping rates for all shipments between May 1st and October 31st.
Although FedEx is a very reliable shipping company; there are times when even they are unable to ship on-time. (EX. Extreme weather situations, national emergencies, etc.) Freshly prepared apples will be shipped as soon as proper delivery resumes. FedEx guaranteed delivery is not available in all areas. Please feel free to contact FedEx for further information at www.fedex.com.
It is our policy that satisfaction is ALWAYS guaranteed. However, there are exceptions in the event of damaged shipped packages. All damaged packages must be returned to sender to guarantee an online store credit or replacement order at no extra charge to you. Please always try to choose a shipping address where someone will be available to receive the delivery as candy apples are perishable. FedEx will use their discretion whether or not to leave a package at the door when no one is available to receive it. We cannot be held responsible for unclaimed packages due to incorrect addresses or packages that were left outside for a varying length of time.
We request the package and its contents be returned, pictures be taken of damaged products in the packaging, and that pictures be emailed to us in order to receive an online store credit for a future order or replacement order.
